The second hit single from Lente Viviente, “Dawn Villa,” is based on singer Ryan Rosoff’s childhood neighborhood of the same name. Located on Mercer Island, Washington (just a bridge away from Seattle), Rosoff’s family moved there on January 1, 1976.
